["Lovely Sarah" with abundant parts to enhance its appearance] Launched as the second Lexington-class aircraft carrier in April 1925, and commissioned in November 1927. The American aircraft carrier CV-3 Saratoga was popularly known as "Sister Sara (loved Sara)" because of its beautiful and dignified appearance. Originally designed as a battle cruiser, the hull is extremely smart and uses an enclosed bow, which is rare for an aircraft carrier during the war. Another major feature is that a huge chimney rises almost in the center of the starboard side, and a bridge equipped with a 5-inch twin high-angle gun is placed in front of it. The total length is the longest for an aircraft carrier that fought the Pacific War. During the war, Saratoga participated in many operations and was hurt many times and survived after repeated renovations, but in the US nuclear test conducted in 1946 after the war, it became a target ship with Japanese battleship Nagato and others, and its appearance I sank in the South Sea. USS Saratoga, a US aircraft carrier that has participated in many naval battles since the beginning of the Pacific War. A variety of detail-up parts are set in the WL kit that reproduces the time when I participated in the Iwo Jima capture battle. Makes the beautiful and dignified appearance even more spectacular.
